TDS has a room rate of $181/night, room rate does not include taxes. Be sure to mention you are with Texas Dermatological Society. Make your reservation by March 13, 2025 to receive this rate, or, until room block is full. Rooms for TDS meetings fill quickly, however rooms always open up closer to the meeting date so please be sure to check back if you're unable to initially get a room!

The Spring 2025 TDS Resident Podium and Poster applications will open in the new year! Please visit the Resident Conference Page to find guidelines and links for all competitions for the spring meeting once it's open.
There will be separate applications for TDS Resident Members vs Medical Students/Research Fellows. Please be sure to register under the correct link! Don't hesitate to reach out to the TDS business office if you have any questions at all.
