TDS 2023 Free Skin Cancer Screening at the Texas State Capitol!

The Texas Dermatological Society held our bi-annual free skin cancer screening at the Texas State Capitol on March 1, 2023.  The TDS had five physician volunteers in attendance at the screening.  From left to right in the picture; Dr. Jason Reichenberg, Dr. Dayna Diven, Dr. Rachel McAndrew, Dr. Zeena Nawas and Dr. Michael Graves.  The group screened over 50 individuals throughout the afternoon.  Thank you to our amazing physician volunteers who came and helped at this important event!  If you're interested in volunteering with the Texas Dermatological Society, please sign up via the button below!

TDS Awarded the 2022 AAD Model State Award with Highest Honors

model stateThe Texas Dermatological Society was the recipient of the 2022 American Academy of Dermatology Model State w/ Highest Honors Award as well as an Award for Excellence in Member Engagement for the TDS Residency Program Chair and Director luncheon, increased resident participation in poster competitions and case presentations, and Mentor Luncheon. These awards recognize achievements in advocacy, education, community impact, and member development; in addition to the many outstanding programs and initiatives that the TDS has facilitated throughout Texas. It is an honor and privilege to win this prestigious award!
